Single Wall Cardboard Boxes

Double Wall Cardboard Boxes

Double wall cardboard boxes are often used for applications that require a higher level of protection and durability than what is provided by single wall cardboard boxes. The additional layer of cardboard provides added protection during transit, reducing the risk of damage to the content. Double wall cardboard boxes can be used for moving heavy or fragile items, such as large appliances, glassware, electronics or machinery.


BDCM

BDCM boxes or Bulk Distribution Carton Metrics as they are sometimes referred to are high quality cardboard boxes recognized across industries such as fashion and retail. Each cardboard box is a standard size and is designed to maximize space on delivery vehicles and within warehouses and packaging stations.

BDCM cartons are made from single wall cardboard in 150 K/T with a B fluting. They also feature printed text on the side of the box. This area allows for packers to clearly identify clothing colours, sizes, quantity, supplier or brand name and catalogue numbers.

There are four sizes available across the BDCM range. Each of them are packed in quantities of 25. They arrive flat packed and are easy to assemble and sealed using tape.

0427 Boxes

The fefco 0427 refers to a self locking, die cut box, sometimes referred to as a pizza style box. They are self-assembly and require no additional sealing, ideal for a variety of mailing and postal applications.
Boxes are supplied flat pack, meaning that storage space is optimised.
